YouTube Body Slams WWJ

So after getting a Youtube honor yesterday for my videos having so many views, my account was deleted today. All the videos I put up are now gone. You can thank the guys over at College Humor, that have more then their fair share of "copyrighted" shit on their site, for getting me kicked off YouTube for copyright infringement. Also thank Comedy Central, who have always been very cool about having clips of South Park, The Daily Show and The Colbert Report on Youtube. Hell Comedy Central should thank YouTube for all the buzz its generated for those shows. I could see if I put a whole episode up of South Park, but I only put a compilation up that I edited and a small 30 second clip, which at last count had close to 300,000 views in 4 days. I am sure this killed their profits and that not one person will tune into watch the show this week. What gets me is that the compilation video I made using clips from South Park was featured on VH-1's The Best Week Ever's web site. In case you don't know Viacom owns both VH-1 and Comedy Central plus several other stations, so what I want to know is where is my mother fuckin check Viacom?? I helped advertise and promote your show to over half a million people, plus I never gave you permission to use a video, that I spent 10 minutes editing, on your web site. If I were to sue, I figure the advertising and the time spent editing the video roughly comes out to about 1 million, but I will be willing to settle out of court for 500 bucks and a Colbert Report T-shirt. Perhaps I will create a new account and repost my videos minus the ones with legal issues, sometime this week. Though I have a feeling my account will just get deleted again once I put up the videos I have been working on for the past 4 weeks. OH one more thing, make sure the Colbert Report T-shirt is a large and since it's almost winter, if you have one in long sleeves that would be great!
