2006 WWJ Summer Drinking Tour Recap 12-2-06

It’s Wednesday and I am finally recovered from all the stops the 2006 WWJ Summer Drinking Tour made this past weekend. Friday Night was supposed to be a guy’s night out, as we had great seats for the Atlanta Hawks vs. Cleveland Cavilers. Thanks to the SEC Championship game, the traffic in downtown Atlanta was horrid. After sitting in traffic for well over an hour we finally decided to turn around and 10 great tickets went to waste. The night however was still young and we went back to a friends place and started drinking while we watched Clerks 2. Somehow we later wound up bar hopping in Midtown. I forget what bars we went to, but I know we ended the night with jager bombs at Sutra. Saturday night we went to one of the best parties I have been to, since Ray’s first House Party. Sadly, WWJ’s Sr. Photographer wasn’t there to capture all the magic, but I still managed to get a couple of pictures. We never should have left the party, but unfortunately we did and we wound up at Fever. I was more then buzzed when we left that party, but I still figured it was a good idea to drop a bill on more Red Bull and Grey Goose. While at Fever I was accosted by a very ugly girl that was easily 4 times my side. I got to give her credit for having the guts to actually ask me to buy her a drink, but even with all that vodka in my system I realized that wasn’t a good idea and I chuckled a bit when I told her no. You can call me an asshole if you want, but you didn’t have her try to grab your junk. The best part of the weekend was easily the party, where I meet a ton of cool people and actually unlike the clubs, had a great time. Hopefully I will get invited to the next one they have.
