Wrestle With Jimmy: WWJ 2006 Summer Drinking Tour

The final stop on the WWJ 2006 Summer Drinking Tour was last night and it was one helluva a night. The night started at Goldfish for some dinner and drinks. As soon as I walked in I made my way straight to the bar to see my buddy Clint. Before I can even say hi to him some blonde grabs me and asks me to dance with her to “Brown eyed Girl.” Turns out her boyfriend or husband wouldn’t dance with her and she grabbed me to make him jealous. Thankfully I was sober and kept my distance from her by just twirling her, thus avoiding the inevitable ass kicking I would have got. After the dance, I finally got my first drink of the night, a very strong Red Bull/Vodka. We finally sat done for dinner and somehow I made my way back to the bar for another Red Bull/Vodka and some shot that Clint made up. I had the Charleston shrimp and grits and as always the meal was amazing. We settled our tab and pilled in cars to make our way to Compound. Sadly we got there late and the line was outrageous. It was hard to get anyone on a cell phone, so we actually had to stand in line and I got to do the countdown to midnight outside the club. While in line, I noticed a good looking girl behind me that looked very familiar. Turns out it was my ex girl friend’s sister. Her friends said something about how cool my ex was and my drunken ass told them no she really isn’t that cool and is actually a bitch. They found it funny, so no harm no foul. We finally made our way inside and I really don’t remember too much. Despite not getting a kiss at midnight or any action, from the pictures I have it looks like I had a great time.
