Time for another WWJ approved Video of the Day. There are a ton of videos on YouTube in which the audio has been dubbed over in an attempt at comedy. The majority of these dubbed over videos are horrible, but every now and then one turns out to actually be funny. Today it is an old PR spot for the AFSCME Union, voiced by an F-bomb dropping New Yorker.
