Time for another WWJ approved Video of the Day. Everyone’s favorite landlord is back, well sort of. Here is a video of some outtakes of the immensely popular skit from Will Ferrell and Adam McKay, The Landlord. Now I don’t care what your opinion is on the war in Iraq, if you happen to see a soldier don’t forget to thank him or her for giving your ass the right to have an opinion. Since I have yet to see a soldier this weekend, I along with the rest of the WWJ staff would like to send a huge thank you to all our soldiers, past and present, for serving their country. Just for shit and giggles, I figured I would throw up this video of a soldier making the best of his time over in the sandbox, by doing his impression of Will Ferrell as Harry Caray.

Time for another WWJ approved Video of the Day. The last couple of weeks, the internets have been assaulted with new videos of Will Ferrell. After all the hype from The Landlord video, you would think that he had a new movie coming out. I am sure the movie studios will catch on and the nets will now get flooded with a ton of comedy shorts featuring Jack Black. I am also pretty sure that the videos will be 100 times funnier then the new JB movie that they are trying to push. Since I still laugh at the Landlord video and because the NFL draft is this weekend, here is a video of Will Ferrell coaching USC’s Ryan Kalil. Sticking to tradition, I will be grabbing a ton of beer and plopping my ass in front of the TV Saturday morning to watch the NFL Draft. I am hoping my Atlanta Falcons will make some good picks, but I have a feeling I will end up screaming at Bobby Petrino, throwing my empty beer cans at the TV and will wake up in some bar wearing nothing but my Ron Mexico jersey. VOD - Ask A Ninja Interviews Will Ferrell and Napoleon for Blades of Glory
Time for another WWJ approved Video of the Day. Everyone seems to be talking about wanting to go see the new Will Ferrell and Napoleon Dynamite movie, Blades of Glory. Are the previews for the movie that funny that it warrants this much hype? For some reason I think this movie is going to suck, but I am sure it will have some funny moments like one of the 20 gay ice skater jokes and the scene with Will running around in his tightey whiteys. Even if it sucks more ass then a gay ice skater, it will end up being number one and should make about $36 million. Well here is a video of the always funny Ask A Ninja interviewing Will and Napoleon about the movie.

Video of the Day - Baby Jesus Grace from Talladega Nights
Time for another WWJ approved Video of the Day. Even though I like Will Ferrell, I really thought Talladega Nights would suck ass. I don’t follow NASCAR and after being forced to watch Bewitched. I didn’t think this movie would appeal to me. I can honestly say I really liked this movie and it was one of the best comedies I have seen for awhile. Surprisingly the movie has some controversy surrounding it. Talladega Nights has the rednecks pissed off that there is a gay NASCAR driver, the gays are pissed about how they are portrayed and religious groups are mad that people talking about Jesus. It is a fucking comedy people!! Despite some retards bitching about it, Talladega Nights is one of the most surprising movies at the box office this summer. Besides the “controversy”, the media can’t seem to stop talking about how Sacha Baron Cohen stole the movie away from Will. No doubt Sacha was funny, but I think Walker and Texas Ranger were the real scene stealers.
I really don’t get why all the die hard NASCAR fans seem to be pissed about there being a gay NASCAR driver in this movie. This isn’t the first time there has been a film with a crazy gay man as a NASCAR driver, so I don’t get why the rednecks are so pissed. Show me one redneck who doesn’t love Days of Thunder and you will find the only redneck that doesn’t breathe NASCAR. I guess its ok to have a closet case homosexual that worships aliens portray a NASCAR driver as long as he acts straight, but when a straight guy acts like a gay NASCAR driver then that’s just sacrilegious. Maybe I was mistaken but aren’t there already gay NASCAR drivers? I could be wrong being that all I know about NASCAR besides the cars just turn left for four hours, is that nobody passes on the outside in turn 4, drifting involves packs of sugar and Nicole Kidman’s leg and RUBBIN’S RACIN.
It seems everybody I talk to, and by everybody I mean the 4 people that actually talk to me outside of work, thinks that the Baby Jesus grace scene is the funniest thing they have ever seen. Could it be that the trend of people constantly quoting Napoleon Dynamite is over? I have a feeling I Piss Excellence will be this years Vote For Pedro. Thankfully nobody will be trying to sound like Will Ferrell when they quote this move every five minutes and that will make it just slightly more bearable then the horrid Napoleon impressions I have had to hear over the past 2 years. Shake and Bake...ugh.
